Concepting!

Got some great concept work on the cathedral interior by Diego Abad.

Currently we're figuring out the best to incorporate the ideas of a dilapidated Cathedral/Warehouse inspired by these images to get the general feel:

About

HEARD is a 2D animated short film following a frustrated artist's journey through his own artistic development as drive, resolve, and experience help him conquer insecurities and find his voice in a world built on silence.

The film will showcase the animation process beginning with rough visuals/sound building to full-color 2D animation. The process will move forward in tandem with artistic growth and progression of the journey. This use of self-reflection allows me to set up several allegories running through the film, eluding the shared artistic struggle and my own commentary as an artist.
